Back up Account / Restore Account blog in new windows Installation

hi

i used several blog account in OLW , i search in setting or menu didn't find any option for us to back up all account and restore them all after New OS installation..restoring one by one (manual) can be tedious

Does Open live writer has this feature or back up and restore isn't supported? i do remember Windows live writer able to do this (back up and restore) and OLW seems similar with Windows live writer ,im assuming that maybe OLW able to this it just that i cant figure it out
