No model number, and the URL points to UKing's page listing all the PARs they make, so I'm not sure which UKing fixture this is meant to be for. I don't see any which takes only 1 channel of DMX.

In any event, a single dimmer channel is not really useful as a model-specific mapping. OFL already has a generic fixture for that.
