Shutter effect preview
In both the fixture UI and the editor. We shouldn't flash the users' eyes immediately though, rather show them on demand.

If it's useful to anyone else, here's some Unicode glyphs I'm (ab)using to represent the shutter effects (#3670). Feel free to steal these for your own purposes.
