Add optional colorTemperature field in ColorIntensity capability

The capability ColorTemperature has the entity ColorTemperature, which can define its temperature in Kelvin (K).

The capability ColorIntensity has the required field color, which can be set to Warm White or Cold White, amongst others. It is not currently possible to define the exact color temperature in this format.

Proposal

Add a new 'can be stepped' optional field to capability ColorIntensity, called colorTemperature, defined by entity ColorTemperature.
