Add more maintenance capability types

Some fixture formats can explicitly define what a Maintenance capability does:

• [ ] Reset (whole fixture or specific part)
• [ ] Lamp On / Off
• [ ] #2611
• [ ] Fan Mode
• [ ] probably more…

See e.g. the recent Maintenance preset addition in QLC+ or some of the GDTF Attributes.

We should also support those in our fixture format and adapt the respective import/export plugins.
