Report Test Controller in RDM Tests

I suspect more realistically report all output devices on the given universe. Then we can tell e.g. whether it was an Enttec or a DMX King doing the testing, or whether it was our Art RDM implementation, or when I get it merged our RDMnet or LLRP options...
