Please take a look at https://github.com/OpenLightingProject/ola/issues/1921#issue-1977315292 in comparison and if you can try and supply a similar level of info it will be a lot easier to help you!

I assume from the error you're trying to do something Python related with OLA? What OS, how have you installed OLA etc?

Installing python3-protobuf on Debian/Ubuntu ought to fix your issue, depending on Python paths etc (and indeed python versions).
