Dmx over the internet

I'm working on a project where I'm trying to control two Raspberry Pis in different locations each having their own dmx universes simultaneously and remotely using a single web interface application running on a desktop. Is there a way to access two or more different universes on a single web interface running on the desktop? I also wanted to ask if there's a protocol to send dmx data over the internet when the devices are connected to different networks.
