Use in standalone application

Hello I want to build my own simple dmx control software and want to send the dmx out via Artnet. OLA seems to be the only cpp software that can send dmx over Artnet. Is it possible to use a part of OLA in my ow application to only send out artnet and if it is possible how do I achieve it?
