ola_recorder: add command line option - autotrigger

With this new option set (--autotrigger), ola_recorder will not start recording frames until a DMX value change is detected.

Thank you so much for your help with this! I went ahead and changed the option to trigger the recording based on a specific DMX channel being set to 255, and took care of the remaining items you've mentioned.
