Add dev mode integration tests for build.gradle changes

Need integration tests to cover the various behaviour that can be triggered from a build.gradle change.

Currently altering the build.gradle through the integration tests results in the following error:

Could not parse build.gradle org.gradle.api.ProjectConfigurationException: A problem occurred configuring root project 'basic-dev-project1643909649043'.
