CT portal issues!

#1: There is no stock support for entering CT4? There is no CT4 in portals info at all by default! c_tower3 10 249 c_tower4 100 100 c r2 c c is what I used to get in (the 100 100 is a guess I didn't look nor care where it dumps me...)

#2: Portals in general seem to be wonky in there(despite looking correct in portals.txt)...I started up by the npc to 4, it went in, I used autostorage to make sure it could get back...at first it couldn't route to ct4 and was stuck in town with correct info so I manually walked it there in wxstart interface...then reloaded openkore. Works after that.
