dragging pdf preview
for every new map that I open, on the first PDF i want to preview, the dragging only becomes possible after closing and opening it for a second time (FF 58.0.2 (64-bit) ubuntu 16.04).

I am having this issue on Windows now as well. But it only occurs, when I try to open a PDF on the first try that cannot retrieve the PDF ("Sorry, we were not able to retrieve the PDF for this publication...."). Then, the modal cannot be moved, no matter, how many times I open and close the same modal. Once I open the modal on a PDF that can be retrieved, it works fine.
When you say now, you mean you didn't have the problem before? And - just to be clear, when you open first a PDF that can not be retrieved, then all the PDF's that you try to open are not draggable?
