hover on list item highlights paper on map

to help with building a mental map, it would help to easier find papers that i hover on the title (e.g. after filtering the list) also quickly on the map again, e.g. through putting a slight colored frame around them. currently the paper is highlighted after i click on it and zoom in, but a fast, highlevel-overview would also be nice.

We already have an issue on this somewhere! We probably can't solve this until we have the new framework.
