[BUG] - IdxImg tool fail to add remastered files

Describe the Bug The tool will not add files in the remastered folder.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Make a folder with a new file in original folder and in remastered folder. For example, kh2_fifth/original/itempic/item-298.imd and kh2-fifth/remastered/itempic/item-298.imd/-0.dds
2. Patch it into the corresponding hed
3. Extract the patched hed

Expected behavior Two new unknown files should appear; one in original and one in remastered . However, only the one in original appeared.
