[BUG] - Incorrect Compile Date

OpenKH Build Build 1409

OpenKH Program All GUI Programs are affected.

Describe the Bug Compile date in the Credits Dialog is incorrect. And seems to not be Y2K compliant for some reason.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Open any GUI tool.
  2. Click 'About'
  3. ???
  4. Profit!

Expected behavior For the date to be the compile date of the toolset, instead of 1919 something.
