Can we move the license to MIT/BSD?AGPL?

As it stands using GPL-3 licensed code for enterprise workloads is not ideal.

Best thing to attract contributors would be to move the license to MIT/BSD/Apache 2.

However, I understand the immense amount of work put into the project and keeping derivative works attainable.

AGPL would be a better license to go for. Since it will allow companies to host the jelly-core remotely. And keep their confidential company code from scanned.
