Problem with the Azerty keyboard

Describe the bug

The software is typing in QWERTY instead of AZERTY.

Also, it seems that he is not able to launch Spotlight. Maybe a shortcut problem too?

Expected behavior

it types "cqlendqr" instead of "calendar".
