Updated model name to include anthropic/ which will probably be able to be removed after Litellm shortcuts claude-3-5-haiku-20241022

You guys make this look so easy. I wish my little Mac mini was as big as a desktop PC so when I take a crowbar to it I get more satisfaction. I am doing something wrong, I get things to just halfway work just enough to keep me glued to the computer continuing to try! In all seriousness....Great work to both of you.
