Create a wifi-bridge option when ethernet is not available

Per: https://github.com/OpenInternet/co-pilot/issues/27 Users were "most concerned if there was a work around if Ethernet connection is not readily available". One such work-around is to have the co-pilot bridge an existing wifi network and provide a second access point for it.
