the unused "menu" route needs to be deleted

The https://github.com/OpenInternet/co-pilot/blob/e832310e7001fa9531ab888d35e1b01551fd7eef/copilot/views/core.py#L38-L41 function is no longer used and there is no longer a menu template for it to even call. As such it should be removed.
