Could ask the OpenSmalltalk team (at HPI - Hasso Plattner Institut) whether they plan to use the version number 7.0 instead of 5.0.

If yes, the future version could be 7.0.3704 instead of 5.0.3704.

There is no version triplet provided by OpenSmalltalk/HPI so for the moment stick to our numbering scheme of 5.0.3704 where 3704 is the current version of the VMMaker sources (as hosted and provided by the opensmalltalk team at HPI).
