Starting with video0.enabled=false fails

Issue description

setting

video0:
  enabled: false

and starting majestic results in an error

This was working for more than an year and was used to pause video from majestic like this yaml-cli -s .video0.enabled false; sleep 0.1; killall -1 majestic

When the value is changed to enabled true majestic starts normally
