[feature request] Use OpenIPC VTX to flash flight control firmware through UART

I think wireless firmware updates may be more convenient and reuse the wireless communication capabilities of OpenIPC VTX. Therefore, there is no need for additional Bluetooth or WiFi modules such as SpeedyBee
