[Feature] Support msposd ground station OSD

  1. Remove -osd in command line
  2. Use port 14551 configure 127.0.0.1:$port_rx instead of currently 127.0.0.1:$(($port_tx + 1)), which is same for MAVLink
  3. Need to properly set $router=2 for embedded OSD, $router=3 for ground station OSD
