mini wifi cam cant interrupt bootloader

i have a mini wifi cam with a T21 chip here. it is a little cube with 4 IR LED in front. modelname: SN-IPC-HW01

I am trying to interrupt the boot but cant do it;

the login and password is not known. does anybody know a way to interrupt the bootloader?
