Open in new tab for "connect" buttons on an auth screen

In the authorization screen for a project, if access is requested for data sources, the site also nudges the user to connect them (if they aren't already).

These buttons appear under the section "Access to data from these sources".

Currently these open up within the same screen, derailing an authorization process. We'd like to modify them so they open in a new tab.
