Wrong old permissions shown when updating permissions
General Checkups
- [x] Have you checked that there isn't already an existing issue that describes what you report below?
- [x] Have you checked that there isn't already an open pull requests for this issue/update/change?
Description
When a project updates the permissions request the project page shows already joined members the old permissions they have granted along with the new permissions requested and a button to update these. Currently the display of the old permissions is bugged and it instead displays the new permissions despite not being authorized by the user.

Example

To reproduce this:
- create an on-site project with permissions X
- join your own on-site project
- update the permissions
- visit the activity page, it will only display the new permissions Y, not X
Likely to be superceded by a redesign of activity pages.
