Retired Projects show option to rejoin with new permissions

Description

Under the Past projects section on things I have joined: https://www.openhumans.org/member/me/joined/ Clicking through the Cross-Genome Error Check gives the impression that the project simply needs new permissions.

Clicking on the links takes you to the old landing page where one is presented with the option to Re-join with new permissions.

This problem is likely due to data migration to separate projects: #745 and #754, for the data sources.
