Make ControlSpecification fields runtime configurable

Make everything/most fields in ControlSpecification configurable.

  • A new config dialog (ideally with an UI file or as QML) needs to be created and synced with the current ControlSpecification.

This way new devices with slightly different limits/defaults can be setup by non developers.
