Populate Device ID and Mac Address inside Qopenhd App

OpenHD has an option to select a single dedicated card for all uplink & RC processes.

This was added last year so that users could have 1 high power + 1 or more low power cards on the ground and not have to worry about RC or uplink switching to the low-power card because it has a better signal, whereby reducing uplink range.

I propose automatically populating the device ID and mac addresses for all rx wifi cards into the "PrimaryCardMAC=" paramater.

I believe this parameter also needs to be brought up to the main setting tab in the app.

*Note, it does not seem as if the extra settings within the app are getting applied probably because they are not mapped out.

I actually think that they do save to the air side but ironically do not save to the ground.
