Remove automatic port configuration

QOpenHD uses the ports configured on the ground station to avoid having duplicate settings for the same thing, but this makes it impossible to set the ports manually or to route USB/IP cameras to the main video area.

There should just be settings to configure those 2 ports in the app itself, which is how it was set up originally anyway.
