Fluid design for Quark

Details:

Currently, all the elements do not scale appropriately with change in window or browser size. We can incorporate fluid web design principles if this seems essential.

Since this is a Chrome Store browser extension and laptop screen sizes are not that different, it should not be a major problem. But if one opens this tab in a quarter of a screen, and works on different tabs in the other parts, the elements are then not scale-friendly to do that seamlessly.
