Interpretation help file?

Are there any resources that walk through how to interpret the output plots in the html file? As it what plots might look like when reads are looking excellent, passable, unacceptable after filtering? I have found the example output files here and read the 2018 paper but perhaps I'm missing a basic resource for newbies?
