Make the ultra sonic sensor optional.

Use the enable/disable features of sn1 and sn2 to perform the old functions of sno. (except and and or)

Could you justify the need for this feature? With the current firmware, you can choose to use switch sensor, and set sensor logic to Switch Sensor only, which allows you to completely bypass the ultrasonic sensor. Why would one need an option to disable distance sensor?
