Have openfecli log the output of duecredit

Not sure this is even a openfecli problem. E.g. in currently workflows you'll accumulate references in network generation, generating estimates and running analysis. These are likely three different compute hosts on different days, which isn't quite how duecredit expects your work. What you'll need is some retention of, for each stage, what citations were triggered.

Maybe this is a gufe level problem where objects need to hold citations in their metadata. Then in your final results you can just iterate over everything and shake the citations out.
