Improve user onboarding

This covers a set of features that help new users get started with OpenFn by:

Empowering new users to do the following:

• Create a new workflow
• Write a simple job
• Run a workflow
• Inspect a run
• Add collaborators
• Explore the settings page To achieve this, we will:
• Implement user onboarding tour(s) that guide users to achieve the key actions set above.
• Add the intro video that new users can watch in a popup to see how the platform works.

Making it easier for users to be able to get help:

• Users should recognize and visit the community forum and docs page as the official channels to get help or find useful information when getting started.
• Allow users on OpenFn cloud to easily book a demo call with the team to get started quickly
