Don't truncate workflow names on dashboard and canvas

For workflow names that are long, the current behaviour is to truncate the name when listing on the project dashboard or on the workflow canvas.

We want users to be able to see the full names of the workflow. This might require us having a max character for the names of workflows and extending table widths and adding tooltips where necessary.
