Credential updates fails when done from the project settings

When trying to update the details of a credential from the project scope, it fails but I am able to successfully update the credential when I view it from the user scope (profile -> credentials).

To test: Try to update a credential detail from both project settings and the user profile pathways. I should not get an error on both and I should be able to update the credential.
