Disable canvas from zooming out automatically when a new job is added to a workflow

EPIC: #2021 The canvas automatically zooms out to show the whole workflow when a new job has been added. Users will prefer to have the canvas at a zoom level of their choice rather than having to zoom in after every addition. See loom video below.
