Load modpack issue

Hi, When I try to load my saved modpack I got this error: Error loading modpack file: unlinkat /opt/factorio/mods: device or resource busy. Host system is unraid and I'm using the official app from unraid app center. And also how can I install mods from a save? I tried so but always get unexpect json error.
