Consistent documentation of AD input files

In looking through the AeroAcoustics module documentation, I noticed sub-sections of the primary AeroDyn input file (and airfoil files) were duplicated there. The sections referenced in the AA documentation had changes to the input file that were documented in the aerodyn/examples files, but these changes were not updated in the aerodyn-aeroacoustics/examples section (for example, TwrShadow is a switch in the AD documentation but a flag in the AA documentation).

Could we update the AeroAcoustics documentation to point to the AeroDyn examples instead?
