Bug report: high-res boxes with disturbed wind do not show wakes

Bug description When requesting output of the turbulence boxes through WrDisWind, the disturbed wind field is the same as the undisturbed for the high-res boxes. The low-res works as expected.

To Reproduce Open any disturbed wind high-res box on paraview and the wind field will not contain the wake.

Expected behavior Disturbed wind field (with wakes) should be outputted

OpenFAST Version I've had this issue happening to me many months ago. I realized that I did not really need the high-res boxes and forgot about reporting it. I was trying to output it more as a sanity-check. I no longer remember what version I used back then, but can try to reproduce it again if need be.

Additional context Maybe, maybe, we need something along these lines for the high-res boxes? I remember checking with Jason a while ago what variable was being outputted and it seemed like it was the disturbed field (correctly so), but I do not know where in the source code that was. While the code seemed correct, the resulting vtk did not contain the wake.
