errors about FAST.Farm
Dear, How to solve this problem?
Best regards,
Dear @May0048,
You are receiving this error because your low-resolution domain in FAST.Farm extends from -268 to 262 m in the Y direction while your TurbSim domain extends from -267.5 to 267.5 m in the Y direction. The FAST.Farm domains must lie within within the TurbSim domain.
FYI: Given the complexity of the FAST.Farm modeling guidance for ambient inflow generation and its compatibility with the low- and high-resolution domains of FAST.Farm (https://openfast.readthedocs.io/en/main/source/user/fast.farm/index.html), we generally recommend using the python scripts available in the OpenFAST_Toolbox (https://github.com/OpenFAST/openfast_toolbox/tree/main/openfast_toolbox/fastfarm) when setting up the ambient wind inflow and low- and high-resolution domains used by FAST.Farm.

Dear @jjonkman
I solved the above problem but there was a different error

Dear @May0048,
An error regarding “allocating memory” has been discussed before on our forum, e.g., see: http://forums.nrel.gov/t/problems-in-test-in-fast-8/1868/2 .
If you are not already, I would recommend using the standard 64-bit version of FAST.Farm (not 64-bit with double precision). Unless the problem is that you simply don’t have enough RAM available on your computer, in which case decreasing the discretization of the model (e.g., reducing the number of low- and/or high-resolution grid points) would probably help.
Best regards,
