Your issue comment is blank, but I see your question in the title. Are you simply asking where to find an OpenFAST model of the NREL 5-MW baseline wind turbine atop the ITI Energy barge? If so, you can find a model in the OpenFAST r-test: https://github.com/OpenFAST/r-test/tree/main/glue-codes/openfast/5MW_ITIBarge_DLL_WTurb_WavesIrr. Otherwise, please clarify your question.
