Building Shell Energy Efficiency Improvement Process

Description of the issue

Building renovations are important for the reduction of energy demand in the residential and commercial sector and there currently is no term describing this.

Ideas of solution

A building shell energy efficiency improvement process is a process that acts on an existing building's envelope to enhance its thermal insulation and reduce energy demand for heating or cooling.

For the Axioms im not so sure:

• I think it would make sense to have a "has physical input" axiom e.g has input some building (does not exist right now and could potentially be added)
  • alternatively one could also put this as well as the building definitions into LESO which would probably make more sense than to keep it in OEO
• Then it should also have an axiom "produces" some "medium/high" efficiency building.
