Addition of Infrastructure Term

Description of the issue

Currently there only is a critical infrastructure term and critical infrastructure role. We propose adding a more simple infrastructure term in addition to that.

Ideas of solution

A infrastructure is a supply system of artificial objects and systems which have the infrastructure role.

A infrastructure role is a role of artificial objects, such as plants and systems, that provide societal functions, health, safety and economical or social welfare such as waste removal or water supply.
