There is no class that corresponds to the peak electricity generation tag in the oekg

Description of the issue

As described in the issue #2063 some tags in the oekg do not correspond to annotated classed in the oeo. For one of those tags peak electricity generation used for the bunde called 'Klimaschutzszenario 2050 - 2. Modellierungsrunde' (https://openenergyplatform.org/scenario-bundles/id/71ee99be-d811-6fc8-0707-f5dea0485529) no class in the oeo seems to fit.

Ideas of solution

We have to find or create a class for this concept.
