Check matching to IATE

Description of the issue

I stumbled across the Interactive Terminology for Europe (IATE) that seems to be widely used by EU institutions. It contains terms and definitions/descriptions in all working languages of the EU (+ Latin). For example, it includes:

• energy transformation: https://iate.europa.eu/entry/result/1407615/en
• wind turbine: https://iate.europa.eu/entry/result/1154398/en
• offshore wind turbine: https://iate.europa.eu/entry/result/3550373/en

If contains also some kind of hierarchical structure, as wind turbine is declared as broader than offshore wind turbine.

Ideas of solution

Check whether IATE can be used to translate the OEO terms (#1471) and whether matching of OEO terms to IATE is useful.

In general, I'd support a matching, as well for the translation as for elucidations / user-friedly definitions and interoperability. This could be a student's project I guess.
