That needs to be explained: @ludee What do you think about the following info text? "Please, explain, how the model can consider efficiency gains of for example power plants and households."

This question was misleading and some test users thought of ramp function of power plants instead. Do we want to add a question concerning these intertemporal changes? (tick box)
